Returns & warranty

Order with peace of mind. Here is what you can expect from us.

Order without risk

30-day cooling-off period: you have 30 days to decide whether the product is right for you.
Free returns in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: we cover the return shipping. From other countries, returns are at your own cost.
2-year warranty: on the technical performance of your hair tools. If anything goes wrong within two years, we will sort it out for you.
Fast handling: your return is processed within 14 days of receipt.

How to return

Register your return in our online returns portal.
Choose your refund: a refund of the purchase amount or store credit.
Send your parcel: once registered, you will immediately receive the instructions and your shipping label.

What condition should it be in?

Ideally, send the product back clean, complete and in its original packaging. You are welcome to try it out carefully, just as you would in a shop. If the original packaging is missing or the product shows more signs of use than needed to assess it, we may deduct this from the refund amount. This is not a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Damaged or wrong item

Every product is carefully checked before it ships. Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Is something damaged, or did you receive the wrong item? Contact us right away and we will sort it out for you.
