  • Fast Processing: Once your return is received, it will be processed within 14 days.

How to return your item easily

Would you like to return a product? This can be done easily through our online portal. The product must be returned in its original condition: clean, complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You may test the product carefully, just as you would in a physical store.

  1. Register your return: Start your request via our online return portal.
  2. Choose your refund: In the portal, you can choose between a full refund of the purchase price or store credit.
  3. Shipping: After registering, you will immediately receive instructions and the shipping label for your return.

Please note that for returns outside the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, shipping costs are at your own expense.

Damage & Warranty

Every Ace & Taylor product is carefully inspected before shipping. Should your order arrive damaged or show a defect, we will resolve this for you.

  • Inspection upon receipt: Please check your order immediately upon arrival. In case of damage or an incorrect item, contact our service desk immediately.
  • Warranty: You receive a standard 2-year warranty on the technical functionality of your hair tools.
