Estimated delivery times
- Netherlands: ordered today, home tomorrow
- Belgium and Germany: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 2-6 business days
- Worldwide: 1-7 business days

Track your order
We keep you updated at every step. As soon as your parcel leaves our
warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code, so
you can follow your order's journey right to your doorstep. You can also
always check the status via your personal Ace & Taylor account.

International shipping
Ace & Taylor ships worldwide. For shipments outside the European Union, local
customs fees, taxes or import duties may apply. These costs are determined by
local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend
checking with your local customs office about the applicable rules.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your cart based on your
location and chosen shipping method. As mentioned, within the Netherlands,
Belgium and Germany you always enjoy free shipping on our luxury collection.
