My Airstyler isn't working for my hair, what now?

Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?

Yes, exchanging for a different product is also possible. Indicate this when registering via Returnless, or email servicedesk@dajalogistics.nl if you need help.

What are the conditions for a return?

The product must be complete, clean and undamaged, and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Does returning cost anything?

Returns are free within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. From other countries, shipping costs are at your own expense.

How long does the refund take?

After your return is approved (within 24 hours, Mon-Fri 10am-8pm), processing takes about 14 days. The refund follows 1-3 business days after approval.

Can I cancel my return?

Yes, email servicedesk@dajalogistics.nl. As long as you haven't shipped the package yet, we'll cancel it for you.

Can I try the product at home first?

Of course. Take your time at home to get to know your Airstyler. Not the right fit? Send it back within 30 days clean, complete and undamaged, free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

How do I start a return?
