These terms and conditions apply to the Ace & Taylor Mini Cooper Giveaway organized by DAJA Logistics, based in the Netherlands, in partnership with Hair by Gaby. By participating in the giveaway you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION

The competition runs from April 13, 2026, 00:00 a.m. to June 1, 2026, 11:59 p.m.

The contest is organized by Ace & Taylor and conducted in cooperation with Hair by Gaby.

One (1) main winner will be selected.

2. MAIN WINNER

Winner will receive:

• One (1) MINI Cooper

3. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate in the contest, a participant must meet all of the following conditions:

• Purchase a minimum of €50,- in products from Ace & Taylor during the promotion period.
• Each €50,- of purchases = 1 entry. Example: An order of €150,- = 3 participations.
• Your order number(s) = your participation(s).
  
• You are 18 years or older and live in the EU.

4. AUTOMATIC PARTICIPATION (ORDERS SINCE JANUARY 13, 2026).

People who have placed an order of at least €50,- with Ace & Taylor between January 13, 2026 and April 13, 2026, 00:00 a.m. will automatically participate in the contest.

The same participation mechanism applies to automatic participation: each €50,- = 1 entry.

These participants just need to post a comment under Hair by Gaby's Instagram/TikTok win action post (April 19, 2026) to confirm their participation(s).

The original order number counts as proof of participation, unless the order is returned (see article 5).

5. RETURNS & VALIDITY OF YOUR PARTICIPATION

If you return your order, your entry(s) will automatically expire.

If it is later found that the winner has returned the order, the prize will be retroactively invalidated and Ace & Taylor will select a new winner.

6. CALCULATION OF ENTRIES.

Sample calculations:

• Purchase €50,- = 1 entry
• Purchase €100,- = 2 entries
• Purchase €150.- = 3 participations
• Purchase €249,- = 4 participations (only full €50,-blocks count)

Multiple orders both count. Total amount determines total number of participations.

7. SELECTION OF THE WINNER

The winner's draw will take place no later than June 3, 2026.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries, with each €50,- representing one lottery ticket.

The winner will be notified via:

• E-mail (linked to the order)
• And/or DM via the social channel (Instagram/TikTok) with which they participate

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Ace & Taylor reserves the right to choose a new winner.

8. EXCLUSION FROM PARTICIPATION

Ace & Taylor may refuse or void participation if:

• There is fraud, abuse or suspicious ordering activity
• Multiple accounts are used for the same purpose
• Inappropriate behavior is displayed on social media
• A participant fails to comply with these terms and conditions
• Order is returned

9. DELIVERY OF PRIZE

The prize must be picked up in the Netherlands, Nijmegen.

The prize is not redeemable for cash, store credit or other products.

10. PRIVACY & DATA PROCESSING

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Ace & Taylor's privacy policy.

By participating you consent to the use of your name and photo for promotional purposes.

11. LIABILITY

Ace & Taylor is not liable for technical failures, lost messages or other circumstances beyond its control.

Ace & Taylor reserves the right to change or cancel the contest in the event of force majeure.

12. OTHER PROVISIONS

This competition is governed by Dutch law.

In cases not covered by these terms and conditions Ace & Taylor will decide.
