These terms and conditions apply to the Ace & Taylor Mini Cooper Giveaway organized by DAJA Logistics, based in the Netherlands, in collaboration with Hair by Gaby. By participating in the giveaway, you declare that you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION

The giveaway runs from April 13, 2026, 00:00 to June 1, 2026, 23:59.

The giveaway is organized by Ace & Taylor and carried out in collaboration with Hair by Gaby.

One (1) main winner will be selected.

2. MAIN PRIZE

Winner receives:

• One (1) MINI Cooper

3. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

To take part in the giveaway, a participant must meet all of the conditions below:

• Purchase a minimum of €50 in products from Ace & Taylor during the promotional period.
• Every €50 in purchases = 1 entry. Example: an order of €150 = 3 entries.
• Your order number(s) = your entry/entries.
  
• You are 18 years or older and reside in the EU.

4. AUTOMATIC ENTRY (ORDERS SINCE JANUARY 13, 2026)

Individuals who placed an order of at least €50 with Ace & Taylor between January 13, 2026 and April 13, 2026, 00:00, are automatically entered into the giveaway.

The same entry mechanism applies to automatic entry: every €50 = 1 entry.

These participants only need to leave a comment under the Instagram/TikTok giveaway post from Hair by Gaby (April 19, 2026) to confirm their entry/entries.

The original order number serves as proof of entry, unless the order is returned (see article 5).

5. RETURNS & VALIDITY OF YOUR ENTRY

If you return your order, your entry/entries will automatically be forfeited.

If it is later found that the winner returned the order, the prize will be retroactively declared invalid and Ace & Taylor will select a new winner.

6. CALCULATION OF ENTRIES

Example calculations:

• Purchase of €50 = 1 entry
• Purchase of €100 = 2 entries
• Purchase of €150 = 3 entries
• Purchase of €249 = 4 entries (only full €50 blocks count)

Multiple orders both count. The total amount determines the total number of entries.

7. SELECTION OF THE WINNER

The draw for the winner takes place no later than June 3, 2026.

The winner is randomly selected from all valid entries, with each €50 representing one entry ticket.

The winner will be notified via:

• Email (linked to the order)
• and/or DM via the social channel (Instagram/TikTok) through which they entered

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Ace & Taylor reserves the right to select a new winner.

8. EXCLUSION FROM PARTICIPATION

Ace & Taylor may refuse or invalidate participation when:

• There is fraud, abuse or suspicious order activity
• Multiple accounts are used for the same purpose
• Inappropriate behavior is displayed on social media
• A participant does not meet these terms and conditions
• The order has been returned

9. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

The prize must be collected in the Netherlands, Nijmegen.

The prize is not exchangeable for money, store credit or other products.

10. PRIVACY & DATA PROCESSING

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Ace & Taylor privacy policy.

By participating, you consent to the use of your name and photo for promotional purposes.

11. LIABILITY

Ace & Taylor is not liable for technical failures, lost messages or other circumstances beyond its control.

Ace & Taylor reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway in the event of force majeure.

12. OTHER PROVISIONS

Dutch law applies to this giveaway.

In cases not provided for in these terms and conditions, Ace & Taylor will decide.

Errors or misprints are reserved.
