These terms and conditions apply to the Ace & Taylor Giveaway organized by DAJA Logistics, based in the Netherlands. By entering the giveaway you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION

1. The giveaway will run from November 26, 2025, 12:00 a.m., until 500 orders have been placed, or as long as Ace & Taylor communicates it on its channels.
2. The win action is organized by Ace & Taylor and conducted in collaboration with creator Kyra Steggink.
3. During the promotion, three main winners will be selected and the first 200 orders will automatically receive a free straightener (while supplies last).

• The first 200 orders during the promotion will automatically receive a free straightener.

3. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate in the win promotion, a participant must meet all the conditions below:

1. Purchase one (1) or more hair tools from Ace & Taylor during the promotion period.
2. Your order number = your participation.
3. Multiple orders = multiple participations.
4. Post a comment under the TikTok win action post by Kyra Steggink or Ace & Taylor.
5. Follow Ace & Taylor and Kyra Steggink on TikTok or Instagram.
6. You are 18 years or older and live in the EU.

4. AUTOMATIC PARTICIPATION (ORDERS SINCE MAY 24, 2025).

1. Individuals who have placed an order with Ace & Taylor between May 24, 2025 and November 26, 2025, 4:00 p.m. will automatically enter the contest.
2. These participants need only post a comment under Kyra' s TikTok win action post to confirm their participation.
3. The original order number counts as proof of participation unless the order is returned (see Article 5).

5. RETURNS & VALIDITY OF YOUR PARTICIPATION

1. If you return your order, your entry will automatically expire.
2. If it turns out that a winner has returned the order, the prize will be retroactively declared void and Ace & Taylor will choose a new winner.
3. Free gifts (such as the straightener for the first 200 orders) have to be returned with the main order.
   

6. SELECTION OF WINNERS

1. Once order number 500 is placed, the contest closes.
2. The drawing of the winners will take place within 48 hours after closing.
3. Winners will be selected at random from all valid order numbers.
4. Winners will be notified via:

• email (linked to their order)
• And/or DM via the social channel they participated with.

1. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, Ace & Taylor reserves the right to choose a new winner.
   

7. EXCLUSION FROM PARTICIPATION

Ace & Taylor may exclude or void any entry in the event of:

• there is fraud, abuse or suspicious ordering activity;
• multiple accounts are used for the same purpose
• inappropriate behavior is displayed on social media;
• a participant fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
  

8. DELIVERY OF PRIZES.

1. Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within the EU.
2. Ace & Taylor is not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers.
3. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, store credit or other products.

11. OTHER PROVISIONS

1. This competition is governed by Dutch law.
2. In cases not covered by these terms and conditions Ace & Taylor will decide.
3. Any errors or misprints are reserved.
