How many winners are there?
There are 3 main winners. Winner 1 will receive the Louis Vuitton Speedy, iPad, Charlotte Tilbury set as well as the full Ace & Taylor assortment (€4,050). Winner 2 will receive the full Ace & Taylor assortment (€1,000). Winner 3 wins the Ace & Taylor Airstyler (€200). Plus: the first 200 orders are guaranteed a free straightener!
When will the winner be announced?
Immediately after we reach 500 orders, or no later than December 20, 2025. We will announce the winners via Instagram, TikTok and email.
Can I participate multiple times?
Yes! Every order counts as participation. The more you order, the greater your chance.
I have already ordered an Ace & Taylor hair tool, can I still participate?
Yes! Did you order between May 24 and November 26, 2025? Then you are automatically participating. Just post a comment under the TikTok win action post by Kyra or Ace & Taylor to confirm your participation. Note: returns will void your participation.
Does the win action apply to all products?
Yes, the win promotion applies to all products when spending a minimum of €50. Every order of an Ace & Taylor product counts as participation.
Will I get a free straightener with my order?
The first 200 orders automatically received a free straightener, but it is now sold out. There are less than 300 spots left for the win!
How is the winner chosen?
We understand that unfortunately there are many fake win promotions out there, so we want to be completely transparent about how we choose our winner.
After the promotion ends, we will make an export of all orders with a minimum order value of €50,-. Then we are going to randomly, fairly, select a winner from this list.
To show that everything is fair, we will film the announcement of the winner. So you can see with your own eyes that we take this seriously and that everyone has a fair chance.
